Hello,
pcsc-lite 1.6.x does break some badly written software. Have a look at
[1] for a more detailed description of the problems.
So I had to release updated/fixed versions of pcsc-tools [2] and pcsc-perl [3].

- Allow to build with pcsc-lite >= 1.6.2
pcsc-perl:

- Use LPSCARD_READERSTATE instead of LPSCARD_READERSTATE_A since it
is no more defined in pcsc-lite >= 1.6.2
