I am having an issue with the PPS exchange of a particular smart card.
I have seen some previous discussion regarding a similar issue, but I
did not see a resolution on the list. Therefore, I thought I would
open my query to the full list and see if anyone had suggestions.

I am using 4 Mhz as my clock to the Card.
Following Reset, I receive the following ATR:
TS = 0x3B (direct convention)
T0 = 0x9F (Y1 = 9 = TA1 and TD1 follow)
( F= 15 historical characters)
TA1 = 0x13 (FI = 1 F=372)
(DI = 3 D=4)
TD1 = 0x81 (Y2 = '8', TD2 follows)
(T = 1, T1 is used)
TD2 = 0xB1 (Y2 = 'B', TA3, TB3, and TD3 follow)
(T1 = 1, T1 is used)
TA3 = 0x80 (IFSC is 128) //Max length of information field that can
be received
TB3 = 0x37 (CWI is 7 and BWI is 3)
TD3 = 0x1F
TD4 = 0x03
Historical Characters =
T1 = 0x80 (Status info, if present, is contained in a compact
TLV-coded data object)
T2 .. T15 - 0xF8 0x69 0x4D 0x54 0x43 0x4F 0x53 0x70 0x02 0x01 0x02
0x81 0x07
TCK = 0x86
I am attempting to send the following PPS:
PPSS - 0xFF
PPS0 - 0x11
PPS1 - 0x13
PCK - 0xFD
I never receive a response.
Additionally, I have attempted to immediately begin sending commands
to the Smart Card using the work ETU, but regardless of whether I make
this transition, the card always returns an error message (0x00 0x82)
at the Initial ETU.
