Thanks for this very detailed page on the wiki.
I don't know who to contact, however perhaps the recent changes
realized by Emanuele Gringeri as part of his Master Degree thesis
could be mentioned as well in the wiki page. Please, find the thesis

(I was sure to have sent last year a message on the MUSCLE ML about
these changes, but now I can't find it -- I hope I didn't forget :-) )

Shortly:
-) the modified memory and object management allows for storing arbitrarily
large objects (assuming future cards will have 256K, 512K, ...) on the card,
   but still we're not relying on Garbage Collection of the JVM
-) ACL improved, for example with a second alternate ACL (see thesis for details) -) there was something else, if you need more details by e-mail, feel free to write
