Hello, no you can't. at least with an ISO 14443 [1] compliant reader.
when locted in the field of the antenna of one reader, all cards are powered on (received power thanks to the RF field) and all of them exchange basic information (an UID or PUPI - unique identifier) but only one can exchange APDU with the reader.
if your purpose is to obtain an unique identifier from cards, the "card request" (REQA / REQB) and its response is enough; but if you need APDU exchanges, you will need specific protocol / communication stacks that are out of the scope of ISO 14443 and thus not available with regular readers (an industrial reader may offer that option with proprietary API).
[1] ISO 14443-3 defines how the cards in the field are enumerated and how one card is selected for further exchanges.

Hello! Can I work with two contactless smartcards that are located in the field of one reader at the same time? Where can I find sample? Sincerelly, Alexei.
