The version I have (about a year old or so) is not a CCID device (even though 
it claims to be CCID in marketing) [1]. The manufacturer has awkward 
understanding of the purpose of CCID, something along the lines of  "descriptor 
does not conform to CCID because otherwise the default CCID driver would claim 
support for the device". Which IMHO is exactly the purpose of CCID in the first 
place...

If you succeed in patching and need help testing, I can do that. If you get 
further, you'll need to make the pinpad functioning as well, which ght not be a 
straightforward task either [2] based on my previous experience (if your only 
source is CCID spec).
