This is just a warning. It is not the issue.

This is a generic error from pcscd when using a driver fails and
OpenCT is present. In your case you _really_ want/need to use OpenCT.

The real problem is:

Failed (usb:04b9/1300:libusb-1.0:5:10)

As Martin already wrote: file a bug on OpenCT.
I do not use OpenCT myself. Sorry.
