Only one interface is CCID.
This problem is already fixed in the subversion version of the CCID
driver. Try the ccid snaphot at [1].
Only one reader will then be reported.


Also I do not note any special error in your log (except the
RFInitializeReader() error already fixed).
I think the problem is with your application and not in the PC/SC layer.
