Feitian readers are modern and top-quality readers connecting up to
600.000 bps. 

But let's come to the technical point:

When a reader has no speed matrix and maximum speed is superior to card
speed, current libccid assumes it can connect to card speed.

So I assume that libccid should also take into account 
(ccid_desc->dwFeatures & CCID_CLASS_AUTO_BAUD) to determine
that it can connect at card speed.

Ludovic, what do you think of this patch? In the code, I can see a lot
of readers with specific treatment, but here this is not a specific
treatment, but a small fix in libccid code.
