According to Ludovc Rousseau, the lead developer of Muscle project,
there could be a bus factor [1]:
> I do not see any new blood on the MUSCLE mailing list working on
> pcsc-lite code. The pcsc-lite project may suffer from the bus factor.
We are ready to post patched for libccid, but we would like to know if
they could get applied at no cost. This is an important factor to avoid
the bus factor and encourage development of libccid.
Can you confirm that good patches can applied at no cost, if submitted
on Muscle mailing list?
