Hi,

Not knowing anything about the card keys, I'd not try an authentication.
A SELECT ISD (00A4 0400 00) can be issued even if the ISD AID is not known.
If the answer is not matchable to anything defined in the GP card spec, then
a GET DATA will be able to read the current keys identifiers: 00CA 00E0 00.
Objects 00C1 (sequence counter) and 00CF (CSN IIRC) are also often present
in javacards.
