You can use
DEVICENAME        /dev/ttyS2
By default the driver considers it is a Twin reader. No need to add ":GemPCTwin"


I am surprised to see a serial reader used in a "modern" system. The
same smart card reader chip can be used on a USB bus and is much
easier to detect and use.
Maybe Panasonic has good reasons for this choice.
