Well thank you very much I wanted this confirmation.
Actually I was wondering if there is a way to add my reader to the list handled by ccid ?

Hello
Hello,

I'm stuck trying to make a USB card reader work on a Thinstation 5.1
distribution. After days of debugging, I'm pretty sure that I've got all the
correct packages, modules, and parameters and I suspect that the ccid
library does not handle my reader which is :

Sagem Monetel Twin 33
vendor id 079B
product id 0028

the pcsc daemon says :

I don't know why you are using my CCID driver with this reader.
The reader is not in the list of readers [1].

Bye
