Hi Sébastien,

First thanks for your precise answer.

First of all, make sure you have the correct keys. The card may have

I am pretty sure I have the correct keys. My SIM card provider told me to
use the default VISA keys (404142....).
By the way, how do I know which one is the default selected Application by
the GP output?
Can I tell by the right-part of the GP list command?

It is accessed via contacts (via a generic Gemalto Reader).
It is a Infineon SIM Card from G&D with an preloaded application:

Yes, that's what I've noticed.
