After a quick research I find that Bluetooth SAP is SIM Access Profile
[1]. I did not know this protocol.

I don't know any Bluetooth SIM Access Profile driver for pcsc-lite.
I guess you are looking for the client side of the protocol and will
use your phone as the server side. Exact?

It should be possible to write such a driver. Maybe not easy if you
know nothing about PC/SC-lite, SIM and Bluetooth...
The SAP protocol should provide every thing needed for pcsc-lite. Have
a look at the pcsc-lite driver API here [2].

Maybe you can start with existing and published code from Android?

Bye
