I will be posting an email to muse-dev with background on this and other
contributions (hopefully I can update the issue with a link to the mailing list
archive after the fact). This piece of the contribution relates to our core
deployment/configuration engine, the implied resource pattern and
WS-Addressing, and the "commons" code we share among the plugins that build on
this core engine.
