I will be posting an email to muse-dev with background on this and other
contributions (hopefully I can update the issue with a link to the mailing list
archive after the fact). This piece of the contribution is a small
serialization utility that leverages the XStream OSS library; we've found that
it makes serialization of complex types in SOAP messages much easier,
especially for users with little web services experience.
