Environment: These sample projects are Axis-based, so they run as WAR files.
If you import them into Eclipse WTP, you can run/test them on Apache Tomcat w/o
modification. Testing on another server type only requires that you create that
server definition in Eclipse WTP.

The test-simple project shows how the core resource and capability concepts are
used to define resource interfaces. This is generic to WSRF/WSDM/etc, which we
feel is important looking ahead to the reconciliation specs.
The test-wsrf project shows all of the WSRF capabilities, but is not a
comprehensive unit test.
The test-wsdm-wef project is a unit test of the WEF API that makes sure that
our WEF output is compliant and that we can re-consume it.
