This is the current code. It's not completely finished yet. It is included as
an eclipse project file for anyone who wants to open it in Eclipse. That way it
also holds and resolves the dependencies on other projects.
There's still some work that needs to be done, as well as some clean up. I
figured I'd post this along with the design document since this code is the
implementation of that document.
