1. Confirm which pieces of documentation are due when. Specifically:
a. JavaDoc - due Friday, 9/1 (code freeze).
b. User Guide & Tutorials - due Monday, 9/18.
If anyone needs a little flexibility on some pieces, we should discuss
it today so we can be ready for it in the build/release process.
2. Deciding what bugs are fixed before 9/1.
a. We should make use of the JIRA voting system.
b. Need to balance fixes with user documentation.
3. Andrew will run us through improvements to the build of code and
samples in the distribution. The goal is to make it easy ("run one script"
easy) for users to generate the sample projects from the unique
code/artifacts that we provide.
I estimate these topics will take forty minutes, leaving time for
additional topics if needed.
