Fix For: 2.1.0
Muse always had server-side SOAP tracing if you made the log level FINE, but it
was mistakenly removed during the development of the Axis2 isolation layer. The
logging statements of incoming and outgoing SOAP messages needs to be added to
AxisIsolationLayer.handleRequest( ).
