I just need clarification on two things:

1. If there should be a separate muse-util-qname module under 
/osgi-bundles now - I thought QName was put into muse-util-all, but if 
it's now a separate bundle, we just need to create that module in SVN.

2. Bundleization of muse-platform-mini - this should have an entry under 
/osgi-bundles as well, right?
