When xsd:binaryBase64 is used a message in WSDL description, wsdl2java doesn't
generates the proper mapping, it simply uses org.w3c.dom.Element as when a
unknown type is used or xsd:anyType is used.
The addition of binaryBase64 will allow the deployment custom capabilities that
receive/return binary data.
