When recieving a notification on the consumer side a dublicate namespace is in
the header:

xmlns:tns="http://ws.apache.org/muse/test/wsrf";
xmlns:wsa=" http://www.w3.org/2005/08/addressing"; xmlns:wsnt="
http://docs.oasis-open.org/wsn/b-2";>
this prevents us from usng the intere message as it isn't serialisable.
