Details:
Planner uses text like "{{Tasks:NNM}}" a lot. Perhaps we should match those
in muse-publish-markup-regexps and pass them to a nice helper function, much
like tags are. This would also entail having the equivalent of
`muse-publish-markup-tags' to handle each particular type of {{thingie}}.
For that matter ... does this construct even have a name yet?
