Details:
When publishing in HTML mode, a paragraph following a <verse> block is
missing its enclosing paragraph tags. That is to say, publishing a page
containing only this:
#title blah
Paragraphs make puppies happy.
<verse>
this is quite a singular verse;
of quality it is the worst
</verse>
This is another paragraph. That's two happy puppies!
Will give a published page that does not have paragraph tags enclosing the
sentences, "This is another paragraph. That's two happy puppies!"
