Details:
muse-blosxom-new-entry fails if muse-blosxom-use-tags is set to non-nil. The
code at muse-blosxom.el:237 does not account for 'category' being a list when
in use-tags mode.
Attached is a fix. Feel free to rework/reformat/redo.
This is against the current version in arch.
