ad question) Against which Emacs versions do the patches for musel-el have to be tested?
ad observation) When I call the page "https://gna.org/projects/muse-el/" I can not immediately open the bugdatabase, the repostitory pages etc. because the "?group=" parameter of the links remains empty. I have to set it to "muse-el" by hand than it works, though.
