It adds backlinks to newly created pages: if you make a link to a
non-existent page and follow the link, then the newly created page will
start with a list of "parents" of that page, ending with the page that
you linked from and starting with any backlinks in that page.
I don't think this is quite what you are asking for, though; perhaps
M-x muse-find-backlinks
is what you want?
Hmm. That doesn't work for me: it complains that -I is not a valid
option for xargs.
