servicegroup content rules

Anyone have samples for specifying ServiceGroup membership content rules
both programmatically, and statically via the WSRMD document?  For
programmatic, what class do I need to override/implement, and what do I
need to define in muse.xml?
 
By default, a ServiceGroup with no rules will accept all resource EPRs,
but if I want to filter which can be members, I need to specify some
rules.
