The Eclipse TPTP project recently released version 4.3, and with it is a
set of WS-* related plugins aimed at making Muse-based applications easier
to create and debug. TPTP 4.3 includes the Manageability Endpoint Builder,
which allows you to model resources, generate applications, and test them
on Tomcat from within Eclipse; it also includes the Managed Agent
Explorer, which lets you inspect and monitor resources through WS-*
interfaces. Both tools use Apache Muse as part of their implementation, so
projects created in the Eclipse IDE will not be any different than those
you create on the command line today.
