I don't know if that's a 12AX7, but when it comes to modeling there's a
ton of tube models to choose from around.
IMHO the most accurate so far is Cardarilli's [1] and the cheapest with
decent accuracy (excluding grid current) is "ours" [2] - you could also
use the grid current model from [1] in [2].
Actually, AFAIK, none of the published models models grid current well,
and I also suspect that it changes substantially between manufacturers
of the same tube type.
