Hi,
I am not using Fedora Jam, but I cannot speak for everybody.
I am using Fedora and Ardour (RPM) and MuseScore (Flatpak) and various
plugins and stuff (https://audinux.github.io/).
I never really had the need nor the time to install/learn "AnyDistro Jam".
Fedora is good enough for what I do.
With today's improvements in RealTime kernel, Pipewire and hardware ... who
needs "Jam"? Maybe if it brought a community, but looks like it did not.

Regards
Bruno
