well, AM G and Discogs have links to several other shops, in addition to amazon. therefore it should be possible to add urls which have a certain longevity to them. even the amazon urls can change, if a release is not sold anymore.
I'd rather see this feature be implemented such that the other URLs wouldn't show up anymore in the relationships box. the urls are usually quite long and unpresentable. --- keschte PS. please use mb-users for this kind of disussions. spread the word about what the style mailing list is for, please: http://wiki.musicbrainz.org/StyleMailingList
In the meantime I think there's a "can be bought from" relationship that iirc can be used for exactly that. Amazon has a separate relationship mostly because of the covers, afaik, and we have a sort of contract with them to allow us to do that.
