well, i was fairly sure that the guidelines did not allow you to do this,
but then i check http://wiki.musicbrainz.org/Artist and it seems you can.
personally i'm not a fan of adding non-musical 'artists' to MBz, but it
looks like that has long been allowed, oh well!
