Perhaps, but I think there are other things to consider as well.

For example:
* The community page link to the official page (and not vice versa).
* The community page provide metadata, trivia, external links, the official
page does not.
* The community page is the page that will be used to link back to
MusicBrainz.

And lastly, compare the community artist page with the official page:
