I thought the idea was to use a combination of Back+Spine for an inlay (for the back of the inlay, anyway, I had to choose Other for the front of a two-sided inlay). In fact that is specifically mentioned in the page linked below, "Then select the type or types that apply to the image: see our list of types. You can select more than one type by pressing Ctrl while clicking, for example if an image includes the back of a CD with its spines."
