[---] National Muslim Women of Color Caucus 1-888-657-9488 Our Mission The mission of the Muslim Women of Color Caucus is to provide a platform that will adequately address the issues of Muslim Women of Color in areas where we have been without correct representation in circumstances of data, action and efficient outreach to and for services needed within our immediate communities. Our Goals The goals of this organization is to empower the African American Muslim families within our inner-cities and surrounding communities with the tools to correctly assess our needs and suitably seek out resolutions that are more befitting to our needs individually as African American Muslims. To counteract the generalization and stereotypes of Muslims that are a cause for misrepresentation of groups within our Ummah that clearly has a divide in terms of social and economic status. Statement We are not looking for separatism within the Muslim Community we are seeking ways to become more inclusive by providing a more accurate representation in our community within the Ummah.
