I am a student at the University of Phoenix working towards my doctoral degree
in Management in Leadership Organization. I am conducting a research study
entitled Islamic work ethic and Muslim religious beliefs impact on
Organizational commitment in the workplace. The purpose of this research study
is to determine what degree of relationship exists among the work ethic and
religious beliefs of Muslims in the United States and organizational commitment
to their jobs.
A study to determine the degree to which Islamic principles, actions,
practices, and behavior make a difference to Muslims¢ productivity in the
workplace could prove beneficial to the organizations. This study may provide
an understanding and appreciation of Islamic principals as they relate to
leadership.
