اَعُوذُ بِاالله مِنَ الشَّيْطٰنِ الرَّجِيمِ
بِسْمِ اللهِ
الرَّحْمٰنِِ
الرَّحِيْمِ
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
As Salamu Alaykum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barkaatuh
The Holy Quran
Surah Al-Araf
Ayah
82-87
82وَمَا كَانَ جَوَابَ قَوْمِهِ إِلَّا أَن قَالُوا أَخْرِجُوهُم مِّن
قَرْيَتِكُمْ ۖ إِنَّهُمْ أُنَاسٌ يَتَطَهَّرُونَ
تو
ان سے اس کا جواب کچھ نہ بن پڑا اور بولے تو یہ بولے کہ ان لوگوں (یعنی
لوط اور اس کے گھر والوں) کو اپنے گاؤں سے نکال دو (کہ) یہ لوگ پاک بننا
چاہتے ہیں
83فَأَنجَيْنَاهُ وَأَهْلَهُ إِلَّا امْرَأَتَهُ كَانَتْ مِنَ الْغَابِرِينَ
تو ہم نے ان کو اور ان کے گھر والوں کو بچا لیا مگر ان کی بی بی (نہ بچی) کہ وہ
پیچھے رہنے والوں میں تھی
84وَأَمْطَرْنَا عَلَيْهِم مَّطَرًا ۖ فَانظُرْ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ
الْمُجْرِمِينَ
اور ہم نے ان پر (پتھروں کا) مینھ برسایا۔ سو دیکھ لو کہ گنہگاروں کا کیسا انجام
ہوا
85وَإِلَىٰ مَدْيَنَ أَخَاهُمْ شُعَيْبًا ۗ قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ اعْبُدُوا اللَّهَ
مَا لَكُم مِّنْ إِلَـٰهٍ غَيْرُهُ ۖ قَدْ جَاءَتْكُم بَيِّنَةٌ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ ۖ
فَأَوْفُوا الْكَيْلَ وَالْمِيزَانَ وَلَا تَبْخَسُوا النَّاسَ
أَشْيَاءَهُمْ وَلَا تُفْسِدُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ بَعْدَ إِصْلَاحِهَا ۚ ذَٰلِكُمْ
خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ
اور
مَدین کی طرف ان کے بھائی شعیب کو بھیجا۔ (تو) انہوں نے کہا کہ قوم! خدا
ہی کی عبادت کرو اس کے سوا تمہارا کوئی معبود نہیں۔ تمہارے پاس تمہارے
پروردگار کی طرف سے نشانی آچکی ہے تو تم ناپ تول پوری کیا کرو اور لوگوں
کو چیزیں کم نہ دیا کرو۔ اور زمین میں اصلاح کے بعد خرابی نہ کرو۔ اگر تم
صاحب ایمان ہو تو سمجھ لو کہ یہ بات تمہارے حق میں بہتر ہے
86وَلَا تَقْعُدُوا بِكُلِّ صِرَاطٍ تُوعِدُونَ وَتَصُدُّونَ عَن سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ
مَنْ آمَنَ بِهِ وَتَبْغُونَهَا عِوَجًا ۚ وَاذْكُرُوا إِذْ كُنتُمْ قَلِيلًا
فَكَثَّرَكُمْ ۖ وَانظُرُوا كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الْمُفْسِدِينَ
اور
ہر رستے پر مت بیٹھا کرو کہ جو شخص خدا پر ایمان نہیں لاتا ہے اسے تم
ڈراتے اور راہ خدا سے روکتے اور اس میں کجی ڈھونڈتے ہو اور (اس وقت کو)
یاد کرو جب تم تھوڑے سے تھے تو خدا نے تم کو جماعت کثیر کر دیا اور دیکھ
لو کہ خرابی کرنے والوں کا انجام کیسا ہوا
87وَإِن
كَانَ طَائِفَةٌ مِّنكُمْ آمَنُوا بِالَّذِي أُرْسِلْتُ بِهِ وَطَائِفَةٌ
لَّمْ يُؤْمِنُوا فَاصْبِرُوا حَتَّىٰ يَحْكُمَ اللَّهُ بَيْنَنَا ۚ وَهُوَ خَيْرُ
الْحَاكِمِينَ
اور
اگر تم میں سے ایک جماعت میری رسالت پر ایمان لے آئی ہے اور ایک جماعت
ایمان نہیں لائی ہے۔ اور ایک جماعت ایمان نہیں لائی۔ تو صبر کیے رہو یہاں
تک کہ خدا ہمارے تمہارے درمیان فیصلہ کر دے اور وہ سب سے بہتر فیصلہ کرنے
والا ہے
English Translation by Abdullah Yusuf Ali
82. And his people gave no answer but this:
they said, "Drive them out of your city: these are indeed men who want
to be clean and pure!"
83. But we saved him and his family, except his wife: she was of those who
legged behind.
84. And we rained down on them a shower (of brimstone): Then see what was the
end of those who indulged in sin and crime!
85. To the Madyan people We sent Shu'aib, one
of their own brethren: he said: "O my people! worship Allah. Ye have no
other god but Him. Now hath come unto you a clear (Sign) from your
Lord! Give just measure and weight, nor withhold from the people the
things that are their due; and do no mischief on the earth after it has
been set in order: that will be best for you, if ye have Faith.
86. "And squat not on every road, breathing
threats, hindering from the path of Allah those who believe in Him, and
seeking in it something crooked; But remember how ye were little, and
He gave you increase. And hold in your mind's eye what was the end of
those who did mischief.
87. "And if there is a party among you who
believes in the message with which I have been sent, and a party which
does not believe, hold yourselves in patience until Allah doth decide
between us: for He is the best to decide.
