(ISLAMIC AWAKENING-7) REMINDER-7 46: He said “O my people! Why do you seek to hasten the evil (torment) before the good (Allah’s Mercy)? Why seek you not the forgiveness of Allah, that you may receive mercy? (sura #,27 An.Naml) 3 Forgiver of sin, theAcceptor of repentance, the Severe in punishment,, the Bestower (of favours) none has the right to be worshipped but He, to Him is the final return.(Sura #40. Ghafir) 10: “I said (to them) ‘Ask forgiveness from your Lord, verily, He is Oft.forgiving 11: He will send rain to you in abundance. 12 And give you increase in wealth and children, and bestow on you gardens and besyow on you rivers 13 What is the matter with you, that (you fear not Allah and) you hope not for reward ? 25: Because of their sins they were drowned, then were made to enter the Fire. And they found none to help them instead of Allah ( Sura # 71 Nuh) Allah's Apostle said, "Anybody who believes in Allah and the Last Day should not harm his neighbor, and anybody who believes in Allah and the Last Day should entertain his guest generously and anybody who believes in Allah and the Last Day should talk what is good or keep quiet. (i.e. abstain from all kinds of evil and dirty talk). 8.48: Sahi Al-Bukhari Vol.8
