Shouldn't be too difficult.  How about "Ax"? :-)

Meanwhile, you can comment out all of the last n lines.  PMX chokes if 
the very last non-blank line in the file is a comment, but Werner 
discovered that you can fix this by adding a single "/" after the last 
comment line.
