Midi2TeX and Opus TeX

Hello people,
                        Is there a newer version of the Midi2TeX at GMD?
that is for MusicTeX, there's one for MusiXTeX or PMX?
                        What is Opus TeX? it is a music typesetter? Where I
can get it?
