Hi all,
when one defines fingering numbers for notes with slurs, numbers are
positioned always over slur line (if it if upper slur). That could be very
high, too much for corresponding note. How to define that slur position is
ignored for fingering numbers. I want that fingering numbers are positioned
over note regardless of slur line.
