You can find it at https://github.com/chrissawer/The-Mutopia-Project There are some forks. It includes all sources to the scores and I think also everything needed to create the static pages. It very nice that Mutopia is this open. However I think that the git repository is not enough to recreate everything, since very old scores used slightly different mutopia headers and the collections seem to be hand assembled.
