1.5.10 -> 1.5.19 issue

I uploaded my mutt from 1.5.10 to 1.5.19 and find that 1.5.19 is not
notifying me of any new mail in anything but my spool folder.  No
problems going back to 1.5.10.  Any ideas why this would be?
