#3353: From line timestamps printed incorrectly in 1.5.20

 There appears to be a major regression in 1.5.20 pertaining to the
 printing of mail headers, specifically the "From" header (not "From:").
 Some numbers in dates are being printed incorrectly (single-digits rather
 than double).  Example:

 1.5.19 -
 From [email protected] Sun Nov 15 17:49:01 2009

 1.5.20 -
 From [email protected] Sun Nov 15 17: 9:01 2009

 Note the lack of "4" in the minute section of the timestamp.

 This issue becomes visible once you hit 'h' in Mutt to view headers.

 Confirmed on Solaris 9, Solaris 10, FreeBSD 7.x, and FreeBSD 8.x.
