Sorry, I dropped the hunk of the patch that turned mutt_buffer_init into
plain memset (it's useful to have it separate from mutt_buffer_new when
the BUFFER itself doesn't need to be malloced because it's on the stack or
part of a struct). Pushing the fix shortly.
