Speaking of which, for command-line-options, these should all be \-c,
\-d, or \-D (same for all other options and their occurrences), lest
these be rendered as Unicode hyphens (U+2010) by newer formatters
(groff!); then, copying and pasting from the manual page would no longer
work because we expect a minus on the CLI.

Some distros have hacked their groff packages because this is such a
common mistake in the roff input. See groff_char(7).
