Hi,
as you can see from the discussion in #3665 it is not possible to use %a
in the pgp_encrypt_only_command although the
[http://dev.mutt.org/doc/manual.html#pgp-decode-command documentation]
says it is. I attached a patch to enable %a for the
pgp_encrypt_only_command.
