#3713: Quieter opening of maildirs

Mutt displays the following progress messages when opening a maildir:
- Scanning /home/foobar/mail/maildir1/... 884/4805 (18%)
- Reading /home/foobar/mail/maildir1/... 1234
On a slower connection the refresh of this progress line is slower than
loading the maildir itself. I would love to have the option to make
opening a maildir quieter.
It appears the display is already conditional (in
{{{mh.c:mh_read_dir()}}}), based on the value of the {{{ctx->quiet}}}
variable. I couldn't find a way to toggle that from the UI or
configuration.
